Over the past twenty years, Mirus International gained a great deal of experience and built an extensive international network. This network is continuously assessed, expanded and renewed through the valuation and execution of debt portfolios with an international component.
Directions
We approach this from two angles:
The legal advice, e.g. where the contractual relationship between the Dutch creditor and foreign client is governed by foreign law.
The practical ability to solve problems in a specific country; this ability can only be tested in practice.
